NEW PROVISIONS OF FUEL PURCHASE AND SALE CONTRACT COMES INTO FORCE SINCE 25 APRIL 2017

Whereas not only biofuel products but also fuel peat products can be traded in BALTPOOL Energy Resources Exchange Standard Provisions of Biofuel Purchase and Sale Contract have been amended respectively, as well as other editorial changes have been made.
New version of Standard Provisions of Fuel Purchase and Sale Contract shall be applied in respect of all biofuel as well as fuel peat product purchase and sale contracts concluded in the Exchange since 25th April 2017 (inclusively). You can get acquainted with the new version at:
